- 1 cup canned red beans (with the water)
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tbsp freshly chopped dill (or parsley, or both)
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 enough frying oil
Directions

1Place the beans with their water in a medium bowl and mash them with a spoon.

2You may also use any other types of beans.

3Next, add the rest of the ingredients (except for the oil) and mix together with the spoon.

4Heat the oil and drop the patties by spoonfuls.

5Allow for them to brown on each side and enjoy!
