  • 1 cup canned red beans (with the water)
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tbsp freshly chopped dill (or parsley, or both)
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 enough frying oil

Directions

    Place the beans with their water in a medium bowl and mash them with a spoon.

    You may also use any other types of beans.

    Next, add the rest of the ingredients (except for the oil) and mix together with the spoon.

    Heat the oil and drop the patties by spoonfuls.

    Allow for them to brown on each side and enjoy!
