Ingredients

  • 1 lb. can red kidney beans
  • 1 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1/3 c. chopped sweet pickle
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 to 3 drops of hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. coarsely crushed corn chips

    Drain kidney beans and shred cheese.

    Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.

    Blend seasonings with mayonnaise and add to bean mixture.

    Toss lightly.

    Spoon into shallow baking dish.

    Sprinkle with corn chips.

    Bake in preheated 450° oven for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
