  • 1/4 cup sweet red bell peppers diced
  • 28 ounces tomatoes, canned crushed
  • 32 ounces red kidney beans canned
  • 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon cilantro
  • 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
