- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
Directions

1Drain beets, reserve liquid.

2Place drained beets in 1 1/2-quart jar.

3Measure reserved liquid.

4If necessary, add enough water to make 1 cup.

5In pan, combine beet liquid, vinegar, sugar and salt; bringing to a boil, stirring.

6Pour over beets; refrigerate, tightly covered.

7Cool 4 hours.
