- 1/2 c. apple cider
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt

1Cut cabbage into 1/2-inch strips and place into saucepan with apples and remaining ingredients.

2Simmer until cabbage is tender. May have to add more vinegar, sugar or salt for your own taste.
