  • 1 12 cups beef stock or 1 12 cups beef bouillon
  • 12 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 12 cup cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 14 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in large stainless-steel pot.

    Bring to a boil, stir, cover, and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
