- 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. honey (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 medium Golden Delicious apple, cored and chopped
- 2 1/2 c. coarsely shredded red cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine yogurt, honey and vinegar. Stir until smooth.

2Add apples, cabbage and raisins and mix well. Cover and chill at least 15 minutes.

3Toss again before serving. Drain liquid.

4Use slotted spoon to serve.
