  • 3 lb. carrots, cut in diagonals
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 2 small onions, diced
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup

    Cook carrots in boiling water until barely done.
