- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 small onions, diced
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
Directions

1Cook carrots in boiling water until barely done.
