- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 24 g crushed red chili pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 250 ml virgin oil (bought by the bottle)
Directions

1Remove 25 ml oil.

2Insert the cutting of washed fresh rosemary.

3Leave at room temp for 12 hours.

4In a bowl mix the crushed red chilli with the 2 teaspoon of white wine vinegar.

5Insert the ready-crushed red chilli, which in the oil will slowly drop to the bottom of the bottle and settle.

6Leave again for 12 hours for the flavor to mix.

7Serve as only a oil base for cooking and you shall have a good hot base for any meat you cook in it.
