- 4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup ferrara pan red cinnamon candies
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.

3Melt the baking chocolate with the butter over a double boiler or in microwave-stirring occasionally; set aside.

4Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a small bowl.

5Pour the cooled chocolate into a large bowl and gradually add the sugar. Next, beat eggs and vanilla into the chocolate/sugar mix.

6Fold the flour mix into the chocolae mix, then fold in chocolate chips and 2/3 of the Red Hots.

7Pour batter into pan and spread evenly; sprinkle leftover Red Hots on top.

8Bake 30 minutes or until the toothpick tells you it's done!

9Cool one hour then cut into squares and induldge!
