- 2 c. white corn syrup
- 1 tsp. cinnamon oil
- 1 tsp. red food coloring
Directions

1Combine sugar and syrup in a heavy saucepan.

2Cook over medium heat until it reaches hard-crack stage.

3Add cinnamon oil and food coloring.

4Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

5Let cool.

6Remove from pan and break into small pieces.

7Store tightly sealed.
