  • 8 red potatoes
  • 1 12 cups mayonnaise
  • 12 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 14 cup butter
  • 12 ounces bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Cut up potatoes by 1/4 or 1/8 sections, depending on their size.

    Place them in 2-quart casserole dish.

    Mix up rest of ingredients and gently stir into potatoes.

    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, covered.
