  • 1 can tomatoes, mashed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. rice, cooked and drained
  • 1 bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 onion, cubed
  • 1 helping fat back, fried (save grease for seasoning)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in frying pan; pour fat back grease over. Cook on medium heat until almost dry.

    Serve with fat back meat.
