- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. rice, rinsed
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can tomato sauce
Directions

1Saute onion in butter.

2When onion begins to wilt or cook, add rice to frying

4Stir rice and onion 3 minutes.

5The rice should be thoroughly coated with butter.

6Transfer rice mix to a saucepan.

7Add bouillon, onion, salt and tomato sauce.

8Stir. Bring to a boil.

9Lower heat.

11pot and cook over very low heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
