- 1/3 - 1/2 cup salsa, your favorite
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup long grain white rice, uncooked
- 1 3/4 cups water
Directions

1In a saucepan, bring salsa, salt, and water to a boil.

2Add rice and stir.

3Cover and reduce heat to medium-low.

4Simmer until the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, about 15 minutes.

5Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 7 to 10 minutes.

6Fluff with fork before serving.
