- 1/2 lb. red snapper (per person)
- light mayonnaise
- wheat germ
- Parmesan cheese
- sesame seed
- parsley flakes (optional)
- garlic salt (optional)
- tartar sauce (optional)
Directions

1Brush a very thin layer of mayonnaise on both sides of red snapper.

2Combine equal parts (1/2 cup or more) of Parmesan cheese, sesame seed and wheat germ and stir.

3Coat fish with combination.

4Place fish in greased glass baking dish.

5Cook at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
