- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 12 oz. can V-8 juice
Directions

1Place fillets in large buttered baking dish.
