  • 3 lb. beef pot roast
  • 2 carrots, sliced 1/2-inch
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced 1/2-inch
  • 1 green pepper, sliced 1/2-inch
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

    Prepare vegetables.

    Cover and bake at 325° for approximately 3 hours or until meat is tender.
