- 2 carrots, sliced 1/2-inch
- 2 celery stalks, sliced 1/2-inch
- 1 green pepper, sliced 1/2-inch
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions

1Prepare vegetables.

2Place meat in ovenproof pot.

5Cover and bake at 325° for approximately 3 hours or until meat is tender.
