  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 bottle red food coloring
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together on low speed for 30 seconds. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into 2 greased 9-inch pans or 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
