  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup milk scant
  • 2 tbsp red food coloring
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp white vinegar

    sift flour, baking soda, cocoa, salt

    beat eggs, oil, buttermilk, milk, food coloring, vanilla, vinegar in larger bowl

    add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and beat about 2 min.

    grease pans and pour mix 23 full

    cook for 25-30min.
