- 1 (6 lb.) redfish, boned and cut into fillets
- 1 large lemon
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 c. vermouth
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 c. flour
- fresh parsley, chopped
Directions

1Marinate fish in pan with juice of lemon, Accent, seasoned salt and white pepper for about 2 hours in refrigerator.

2Melt butter in skillet. Shake flour over fish and cook in skillet until lightly browned.

3Add vermouth and simmer until flaky.

4Sprinkle with parsley.
