- 34 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 14 cup water
- 1 teaspoon roasted powdered cumin
- 1 -2 green chili
- 14 inch fresh ginger
- salt
- fresh coriander leaves
- fresh lemon leaves
Directions

1Blend the water and yoghurt till thick and frothy.

2Make a paste of the chillies, ginger, and salt.

3Mix the paste into the yoghurt.

4Top with the powdered cumin and garnish with coriander and lemon leaves.

5Add ice cubes and keep for 10 minutes to allow time for the flavors of the spices and lemon leaves to infuse.

6Best served chilled by making a couple of hours in advance.
