Refreshing Yogurt Jelly

Ingredients

  • 250 ml Milk
  • 50 grams Plain yogurt
  • 8 grams The sugar that comes with the yogurt
  • 5 grams Powdered gelatin
  • 50 ml Boiling water
  • 1 Fruit sauce of your choice

Directions

    Put the ingredients in a bowl, and mix well to dissolve the sugar.

    Combine the ingredients, and mix until the gelatin has dissolved and the liquid is clear.

    Add the gelatin liquid to the bowl carefully, while stirring.

    Mix together well.

    Wet the molds and fill about 70-80% of the way with the well stirred yogurt mixture.

    Refrigerate until set, about half a day to overnight.

    When the jellies are set, dip into lukewarm water or hold them with a moist kitchen towel before unmolding.

    Invert a mold onto a plate, hold on tight to the mold and the plate and shake hard!
