- 5 lb. potatoes, peeled, quartered, cooked in salted water, drained and mashed
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Add all ingredients to mashed potatoes until fluffy.

2Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in a greased, 2-quart casserole, uncovered. After it is baked, you can place in refrigerator for as long as 2 weeks and use what you need.

3Need to bake for 45 minutes then or microwave until heated through.
