  • 5 lb. potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • butter
  • 2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper

Directions

    Combine potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, 2 tablespoons butter and seasonings in large bowl.

    Stor covered in refrigerator for 2 weeks or less.

    Place desired amount of potatoes in greased casserole.

    Dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Yields 8 cups.
