- 5 lb. potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sour cream
- butter
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
Directions

1Combine potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, 2 tablespoons butter and seasonings in large bowl.

2Stor covered in refrigerator for 2 weeks or less.

3Place desired amount of potatoes in greased casserole.

4Dot with butter.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
