  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped or 1 large jar diced pimento, drained
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water

    Boil together for 5 minutes.

    Cool and pour over slaw.
