Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 well beaten egg
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.

2Let rise in container.

3In a large bowl, combine hot water, 1/3 cup sugar, oil and salt.

4Cool and add yeast mixture, egg and flour.

5Blend well. Oil top of dough and cover with dry cloth to let double in bulk. Mash down and knead on flour covered board.

6Shape into rolls and let rise.

7Bake in 400° oven until golden brown.

8Dough will keep in refrigerator for a week.
