- 1 c. chopped rhubarb (1-inch chunks)
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 large pkg. strawberry jello
Directions

1Mix together rhubarb and sugar and let set overnight.

2The next day, boil rhubarb and sugar at a hard boil for 3 minutes and immediately add jello; stir until jello is well dissolved.

3Cool and keep in refrigerator.

4Good for a month plus!

5If you desire, add a few cut strawberries the last minute of boiling rhubarb.
