  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. onion salt (very important)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Cook, drain and mash potatoes.

    Add cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and butter.

    Beat until smooth and fluffy.

    Refrigerate or bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
