- 5 lb. potatoes (9 large), pared and quartered
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cook and drain potatoes.

2Mash.

3Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt, pepper and butter.

4Beat until smooth and fluffy.

5Place in refrigerator for 2 weeks.

6Dot with butter and bake desired amount at 350° for 30 minutes.
