  • 5 lb. potatoes (9 large), pared and quartered
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Cook and drain potatoes.

    Mash.

    Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt, pepper and butter.

    Beat until smooth and fluffy.

    Place in refrigerator for 2 weeks.

    Dot with butter and bake desired amount at 350° for 30 minutes.
