- 5 lb. potatoes, pared and quartered (9 large)
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 to 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.

2Drain well. Mash until smooth, add cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt, pepper and butter.

3Beat potatoes until smooth and fluffy. Place in refrigerator container.

4Cool and cover.

5May be stored in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
