- 5 lb. potatoes (9 large)
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- milk
Directions

1Cook peeled potatoes in boiling water (salted) until tender. Drain.

2Mash until smooth (no lumps).

3Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.

4Add milk to get desired consistency.

6Cover and place in refrigerator.
