  • 5 lb. potatoes (9 large)
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 2 tsp. chopped chives
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

    Cook potatoes in salted water until tender; drain.

    Mash potatoes until smooth, adding remaining ingredients.
