- 8 to 9 large potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 c. sour cream
- 5 oz. cream cheese
Directions

1Peel and cook potatoes in salted water.

2Mash until all lumps are gone.

3Add salt, pepper, onion salt, sour cream and cream cheese.

4Whip until light and fluffy.

5Cool.

6Will keep up to 12 days in refrigerator.

7Place in buttered casserole and top with grated cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
