- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cook potatoes in salted water until tender.

2Add rest of ingredients and heat until fluffy.

4Cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.

5Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan or 2-quart casserole. Dot with butter and paprika.
