- 1 qt. cider vinegar
- 4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. canning salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. each: mustard seed, celery seed and turmeric
- 3 small onions, sliced
- green pepper (if desired)
- 1 doz. or so sliced cucumbers (to fill 1 gal. glass jar)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and put into jar.

2Stir well and slice enough cucumbers to fill jar.

3Will be good to eat in one week. You can keep adding pickles as these are used.

4Stir once in the middle of the week.
