- 1/2 c. shortening (3/4 lb. oleo)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 5 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Sift flour and salt.

2Add shortening and mix well.

3Add beaten egg, water and vinegar.

4Form in round dough and chill in wax paper a little before rolling out.

5(Keeps in refrigerator at least 1 week.)

6Makes crust for 2 pies.
