- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast (dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
Directions

1In a large bowl, stir ingredients together in order listed. Cover and refrigerate dough at least 12 hours.

2Place dough on lightly floured board and cut out.

3Place on cookie sheet and let rise 2 hours before baking.

4Preheat oven to 375°.

5Bake 10 minutes.

6Makes 3 dozen.

7Will keep in refrigerator about 8 days.
