Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • 1/2 c. canola oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. yeast (dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour

Directions

    In a large bowl, stir ingredients together in order listed. Cover and refrigerate dough at least 12 hours.

    Place dough on lightly floured board and cut out.

    Place on cookie sheet and let rise 2 hours before baking.

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Bake 10 minutes.

    Makes 3 dozen.

    Will keep in refrigerator about 8 days.
