- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 7 c. flour (more or less)
Directions

1You need 3 bowls (1 large and 2 small).

2In first small bowl, put butter and boiling water.

3Stir until melted.

4In second small bowl, put 1/2 cup warm water and yeast.

5In large bowl, put eggs, sugar, salt and milk.

6Put all mixtures in large bowl, stirring, and add flour.

7Knead into loaf.

8Cover; put in refrigerator overnight or until needed.

9About 3 hours before dinner, shape into rolls; let rise and bake at 350° until lightly browned. (I've been making these for 30 years and they never fail.)
