- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. oil*
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl.

2Add sugar, salt and 3 cups flour.

3Beat 2 minutes and add egg and oil. Gradually beat in remaining flour until smooth.

4Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.

5Punch down.

6Form into rolls, pizza dough, cinnamon rolls, etc.

7Let rise 1 hour.

8Pizza dough does not need to rise.

9Bake at 400° until brown.

10Yield:
-
113 to 4 dozen medium rolls or cinnamon rolls, 2 pizzas.
