- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. oil
- 6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add sugar, salt and about 3 cups flour.

3Beat thoroughly about 2 minutes.

4Add egg and oil. Gradually add rest of flour until correct consistency.

5Mix by hand until smooth.

6Place in greased bowl.

7Cover with damp towel or plastic wrap.

8Place in refrigerator (can be stored 3 to 5 days).

9Shape in rolls.

10Let rise until light.

11Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes depending on size of rolls.
