   Mix all ingredients.

   Keep in tightly covered bowl.

   Use as needed.

   Spoon into well-greased muffin pan half full.

   Place in cold oven; turn oven to 400°.

   Bake for 15 minutes or until light brown.

   Makes 25 muffins.
