- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/3 c. warm water
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 2 c. warm water
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 7 1/2 c. plain, unbleached bread flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/3 cup water.

2Beat egg whites together; add 2 cups warm water, sugar, salt, oil, yeast mixture and the 7 1/2 cups flour.

3Place into a very large bowl as this will double in size.

4Cover with plastic wrap.

5Leave overnight in refrigerator.

6To use, roll out.

7Cut with large biscuit cutter and place on oiled baking sheet, 2 1/2 to 3 hours before baking at 375° for about 20 minutes.

8This will keep well in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
