Ingredients
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. oil
- 6 1/4 to 7 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water for 5 minutes.

2Add sugar, salt and egg.

3Mix well.

4Add 2 cups flour; beat until mixed.

5Add rest of flour gradually.

6Knead several minutes.

7Store in refrigerator.

8Two hours before baking, shape into rolls.

9Cover and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.

10Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
