  • 1 large onion, chopped well
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon green chili pepper, well chopped
  • 12 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 12 teaspoon salt

    Mash the beans.

    Saute the chopped onion and minced garlic in oil.

    When the onion is done, add the spices and chili pepper.

    Cook until the pepper is softened and the spices are fragrant.
