  • 1/2 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans) soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cup lima beans soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cup white beans small navy, soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cup millet cooked
  • 1/2 cup pearl barley
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves fresh, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon thyme fresh, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon oregano resh, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sage fresh, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
  • 16 ounces tomato sauce

Directions
