- 16 sweet red peppers
- 16 sweet green peppers
- 10 small onions
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cut peppers in half and remove seeds.

2Chop peppers and onions fine.

3Pour boiling water over them; let stand 5 minutes.

4Drain off water, again cover with boiling water; let stand 10 minutes. Pour into muslin bag and drain overnight.

5Add vinegar, sugar and salt; boil 20 minutes.

6While hot, pour into sterile jars and seal. Makes about 3 pints.
