- 4 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt free Mrs. Dash seasoning mix
Directions

1Cut potatoes as if for french fries but not as long.

2Pour oil in large skillet.

3Add leached potatoes.

4Fry until soft and slightly browned.

5LEACHED POTATOES:

6Cut potatoes as desired for frying, french fries or cubed for mashed.

7Place cut potatoes in 10 times the amount of water to potatoes.

8Soak at least 4 hours, overnight in the frig is better.

9Drain potatoes and rinse again.

10Pat dry if potatoes are going to be fried.
