Ingredients

  • 1 can (28 Oz. Can) Peeled Whole Tomatoes In Juice
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Rotel Mild Diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies
  • 1 bunch Choppped Cilantro (i Use About A Handful)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt (to Desired Taste)
  • 1 dash Black Pepper
  • 1/4 whole Chopped Onion
  • 1/8 teaspoons Ground Red Pepper (to Desired Heat..I Like It Kinda Hot)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Garlic (i Use The Jar Kind)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice (i Use Bottled)

Directions

    Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse about 10-20 seconds, making sure the whole tomatoes get chopped well. Taste for seasonings. Add more if desired. Serve with tortilla chips!

    You can serve this immediately or, for even better taste, refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
