  • 6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with caraway seed
  • 8 oz. can (1 c.) sauerkraut, well drained and snipped
  • 8 oz. thinly sliced, smoked turkey or corned beef
  • 1/2 c. Russian or Thousand Island dressing
  • halved sweet pickles

Directions

    Place thin sliced cheese on bread.

    Top with 2 teaspoons sauerkraut; add turkey or corned beef, then scant teaspoon of dressing.

    May be refrigerated up to 2 hours.

    Heat in oven. Garnish with pickle.
